All print heads sold by www.allprintheads.com are new, never used, unaltered, or returned. As such, we don't accept returns on this item. We only accept wire transfer as payment. Processing time after receiving payment is 2-3 days.
You accept responsibility for proper installation. If you are not sure how to install the print head, contact a trained repair technician to do the installation. Unfortunately, we cannot give you instructions on how to install this print head on your printer.
